"Venus In Furs" is a cover of a Velvet Underground song. Thanks to Onno Siemens for the setlist. Hultsfred Festival, Hultsfred, Sweden - June 17th 2000 Madrugada performed on the E1 stage at the Hultsfred Festival on June 17th at 15:00. The E1 stage had a crowd capacity of 1.500 people. The main stage at Hultsfred, Hawaii, had a crowd capacity of 30.000 people. Hurricane Festival, Scheessel, Germany - June 25th 2000 I got a center stage, front row position during Madrugada's performance at this festival. Highway 2.000.000 Own page: Hurricane Festival, Scheessel, Germany Roskilde Festival, Roskilde, Denmark - June 29th 2000 At the Roskilde Festival, the band gathered a crowd of 4.000 people, pretty impressive as one of the festival headliners, Nine Inch Nails, played on the main stage at the same time. The band played in the yellow tent at the festival, and played eleven songs, most likely the same setlist as at the Hurricane Festival on June 25th 2000. They performed two new songs, "Black Mambo" and "We Are Go," and played "Highway 2.000.000" during the encore. Sivert trashed some equipment during this song, and nearly hit a bouncer while throwing some of it around on stage. Quart Festival, Kristiansand, Norway - July 8th 2000 The band played a fabulous set at the Quart Festival. They closed the last day of the festival on the smallest of the two stages, Salamanderparken, by playing for about sixty five minutes from 22:15 for approximately 3.000 people. They played a very basic festival-set, but added the new, great-sounding song "Two Black Bones" to close the set. Sivert used the opportunity of diving into the audience at the end of the song, he was carried around for a little while and then ran backstage. Setlist: 01. Terraplane 02. Vocal 03. Two Black Bones I took pictures during the performance, one of these are available on this page. The radio channel NRK Petre recorded the show, according to a Petre-employee that stood right in front of me, and at least two people in the audience recorded the show, one on a MiniDisc and the other on a Walkman. Metropol TV filmed five of the songs, from "Strange Colour Blue" to "Black Mambo," but as I do not have access to this channel, I do not know whether they have or will broadcast any of this.
