December 17th 2001 - Madrugada's second concert at Club 22 in Athens, Greece, two nights ago, was apparently an excellent show. It was the last concert of the band's European tour, Sivert said they had to go back to their girlfriends, friends and families, and the band was obviously to give everything on stage. During "Nightly Disease Part II" Sivert jumped into the audience and crowd surfed, and a girl stole his shoe. The show lasted for about two hours. According to Robert, they will start recording the next album in Spring and they are estimating a September release. Thanks to wase84 for this information.

They were supposed to play at Club Gagarin, but the latter is a new club and was not finished for Madrugada's performances. Here is some information from Madrugada's two concerts at Rockefeller in Oslo, Norway on the 7th and 8th, thanks a lot to Raymond Hauger for all of this:
During "The Riverbed," Robert played bass and Frode played slide-guitar. Eivind from St. Thomas joined them on violin, while Jon played el-piano. Eivind also played violin on "A Deadend Mind," "Black Mambo," "Lord, Why Have You Left Me?" and "You Turned Me Away," while Jon also played el-piano on during the beginning and end of "Lord, Why Have You Left Me?" and during "You Turned Me Away."
At the end of "Black Mambo" Sivert sang parts of "Dirty Pants" by Smog; "So I dance in dirty pants, a drink in my hand. No shirt and broken tooth, barefoot and beaming" and "The crowd is stomping, stomping a song. For me to dance to, break glass and give in," which he has also been doing earlier on the tour. During "Higher" he sang parts of "Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye; "Come on let's get it on, come on let's get it on."
A band called Hello Goodbye opened for Madrugada both nights, and a member from that band joined Madrugada on extra guitar on "Higher" and "Lucy One" during the last concert, where they also did a cover of "Here Comes The Sun" by The Beatles where soundman Lars Voldsdal played electric guitar and everyone in Hello Goodbye joined in on background vocals.

December 3rd 2001 - Madrugada played an amazing concert at Folken in Stavanger, Norway on Friday. The sound was great, the band seemed in great spirits, their performance was tight and they did a very rare live performance of "Oceanliner." In addition they did a tribute to George Harrison, who passed away the night before. They did a cover of the Beatles song "Here Comes The Sun" with sound engineer Lars Rovedal on electric guitar. The performance of this song was far from perfect, as they had only gotten to rehearse the song for about an hour and a half at soundcheck, but it was a really nice thing to do.
Other than that they did a very re-arranged version of "Step Into This Room And Dance For Me," that was very low-key and sounded even better than the original version. Both "Two Black Bones" and "Black Mambo" were a lot longer, it seemed like the band was just jamming at the end of both songs. Before the only new song they played that night, "Lord, Why Have You Left Me?", Sivert said he hoped the audience was not angry because the band had talked so little to them, "but there is a reason why some people become rock musicians and not politicians or teachers." Jon played piano during the beginning and end of that song.
